Probably my favourite song writer that performed at the Fiesta. Whist the stars would oftern come to our house late at night whist I was in bed. I do remember Neil Sedaka turning up at our front door on Oxbridge lane, Stockton one Saturday morning when I was about 10.

Frankie would oftern bring his family to Stockton. His children were a similar age to my brother and me. I got a supprise when I saw him as the lead character in a Marilyn Munroe film.

Morecame and Wise

Morecame and Wise really were best of friends and did share hotel rooms. Unlike Mike and Bernie who always stayed at separate hotels. Only meeting up on stage.

Cliff Richard was a regularly feature in the 60′s and 70′s usually with The Shadows. However one day he took ill and could not perform, but to honour his fans he made an extra special date to come back without the Shadows. (Recalled by Connie Smith)
